Fay Gallagher Obituary

Gallagher, Fay Fay M. Gallagher, 73 of Auburn, Schuylkill County, passed away on Feb. 18th in her residence in Lake Wynonah. She was the wife of the late Joseph J. Gallagher. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Dorcas (Shisher) Carl. Fay was pre-deceased by 2 sisters. She is survived by three daughters, Kim M. wife of William Noss, with whom she resided, Jean wife of Cory Ott of North Carolina and Denise Bortz; one son, David husband of Susan Gallagher of Vermont. Fay is also survived by six brothers, 2 sisters and loved her 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Services: Mark J. Hummel Funeral Home, Lower Alsace Twp., Reading has charge of her cremation arrangements. Online condolences may be made at www.markjhummelfuneralhome.com

MOMMY, As I look around the house I see you every where. I hear your voice, and I see your smile. The last year and a half we became closer then ever. I know you suffered and you missed Daddy, now you suffer no more and you are with the LOVE of your life but even knowing this can't take the pain from my heart right now. I miss you tremendously. I am thankfull that Bill, Tasha, Jarrett and I were with you that you weren't alone when you passed. Also you said Daddy was here for you I know that he was. Dear Kim, Smokey and Families:
So sorry to hear of your mother/sister's passing. She was a nice person and co-worker while employed at Allentown State Hospital in the Dietary Department as well as your late aunt/sister Josie. Faye and I became friends and found out that her brother Smokey had married my best friend Robin and exchanged many stories with each other. She will be missed. God Bless.
