Fred was a one of a kind person. He was muscular and oddly enough a gentle soul. I knew him during his time at the Abbey and beyond in Charlotte. He always brought a positive energy with him and good times were guaranteed for all. He had a good heart. He could be a hell-raiser but with a genuine smile. He brought out the best in you always. Rest in peace my friend. Memories of you are always welcome in my mind.
