Dennis A. Payonk, 76, late of Tinley Park, IL. US Army Vietnam Veteran. Beloved husband of Loretta Payonk neè Brady. Loving father of Dennis ( Amanda) Payonk, and Barbara (Mathew) Habel. Proud "Grumpy" of Adeline, Kelsey, Dean, and Dominick. Dear brother of Richard Payonk, Jacqueline Focia, Patricia Majerski, Laverne Gregory, Mark, and dear brother in law of Evelyn Sowinski, Bernard Brady, and Mary DeMent. Kind uncle to many nieces, nephews, genuine cousin and friend to many.
Preceded in death by his parents Aloysius and Florence Payonk; siblings, Kenneth Payonk, Rita Payonk, Andrew Payonk; and brother in-laws James Brady and David Brady.
Visitation will commence on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, 3:00-8:00 PM at Vandenberg Funeral Home, 17248 Harlem Avenue, Tinley Park, IL. 60477. Funeral Wednesday, 10:30 AM at the funeral home to St. George Catholic Church for Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. Interment is private.
