Garmer Hercey Obituary
Garmer Hercey, 88, of Coopersburg, died Wednesday, Aug. 18, 2004, in Valley Manor Nursing Home, Coopersburg. He was the husband of Emma (Wunderler) for 56 years. Born in Lehigh County, he was a son of the late Frank and Katherine (Samu) Hercey. He was a member of St. Josephs Catholic Church, Limeport, where he served as an usher for many years. He worked for Bethlehem Steel Corp. for 26 years before retiring and also was a local farmer. Survivors: Wife; daughter, Donna and husband Edward Kaba Jr. of Coopersburg; brother, Frank of Levittown; sisters, Katherine Wunderler of Coopersburg, Helen Beidler of Center Valley; a grandson. He was predeceased by two sisters, Mary and Rose. Services: Mass, 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 23, St. Josephs Catholic Church, St. Josephs Road, Limeport. Viewing, 8:30-9:30 a.m. Monday, Norcross Weber Funeral Home, 101B Main St., Coopersburg.
