Dear Walp Family,
It was with deep sadness that I learned of Gary´s passing. He was always a fun loving, outgoing guy with a heart of gold. Although many years have passed since I last talked to him, I have many fond memories of Gary. His infectious laugh, his accomplishments on the football field, and his zany way of playing baseball are things I will always remember.
It´s never easy to let go and say farewell to someone who has meant so much to you. But may it bring some comfort, and help ease your sorrow, to know the warmest thoughts are there with every one of you.
My sincerest condolences,
Phil Lathrop
