To the entire family, since I know so many of you, I want to extend my sincere sympathy. Jerry was a true friend to my husband and myself. He was always there to lend a helping hand and never complained. He will be missed by so many friends and family; he was a gem. As a lifelong member of Trinity Lutheran Church, he was always a true example of a faithful follower of Jesus.

Jerry, You were a great friend and employee for 14 years at Moran Group. You always had a smile on your face, good laughter and a pleasure to be around. He was always positive and never spoke ill of anyone. Our grandchildren all loved Jerry and ran to say hello when he drove up the driveway. You will be missed!

Jerry truly was one of the good guys. I always enjoyed seeing him on Thursdays at McDonald’s. RIP.

Our mothers were very close sisters. Frequently visited my Diehl cousins during our childhood. Deeply saddened to lose my cousin but will have great memories. We both froze serving in Alaska but at different posts. He experienced & survived Anchorage´s strongest earthquake. Heartfelt sorrow to my Diehl cousins family.

Your dad and I were shocked to hear of Jerry's passing. He was a really nice guy and we enjoyed Christmas breakfast every year with him and your family for quite a few years.
