Hailey Cook Obituary
In addition to her parents, David and Mary, Hailey is survived by her brother Casey Cook, maternal grandmother Carol Bortz and her husband Gil of Allentown, maternal grandfather Leon Klipple of Nazareth, paternal grandfather George Cook and his wife Marlene of Macungie. She was predeceased by her paternal grandmother Roberta Cook. She was also the niece of Jake Klipple and his wife Lorie of Macungie, Marie Bondi and her husband Steve of Bethlehem and Lori Cook of Emmaus. She is also survived by several cousins, many friends, and her beloved dog Otis.
A Memorial Service will be held Stephens Funeral Home, 274 N. Krocks Rd. Allentown, PA 18106 on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at 2:00 PM. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 12:00-2:00.
Memorial contributions may be made to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society | Donor Services | PO Box 22324, New York, NY 10087.

Our heartfelt sympathy to the entire Cook family regarding your unimaginable loss. We enjoyed watching Hailey play field hockey, (especially last season) and cheered for every one of her goals. I did not know Hailey, but I was extremely moved by the article in the Morning Call about her passing. I recently lost a brother and father of 4 to leukemia after fighting a courageous 7 month battle against that awful disease. Hailey was obviously loved and adored by both family and friends, and my heart aches for all of them tonight. May Hailey rest in peace and never be forgotten - my deepest condolences.
