James Aschenbach Obituary

James Paul Aschenbach
James Paul Aschenbach Jim, age 70, died Wednesday, January 27, 2010 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury. Born in Sellersville, PA he was the son of the late Emerson Paul Aschenbach and Marian Moyer Aschenbach. He is survived by his wife Susanne McKenna Aschenbach. Mr. Aschenbach was a graduate of Albright College. He was an engineer and worked in industrial sales for Fuller Co. in Allentown, PA. He was a member of St. Peters Lutheran Church in Ocean City and the Ocean City Elks Lodge #2645. Survivors: Along with his wife, he is survived by his children, Lisa Barker and her husband Ed of Reston, VA, Susan Spengler and her husband Michael of Northampton, PA, John McDowell of Tampa, FL, Deborah Clemente and her husband James of Keene, NH and Donna Griffin and her husband Matthew of Purcellville, VA; there are 12 grandchildren; two sisters, Ginny Woodworth and her husband Curtis of Old Tappon, NJ and Barbara Heindel and her husband Tim of York, PA; several nieces and nephews. Services: A memorial service will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. at St. Peters Lutheran Church. Rev. Dr. Harry Wolpert and Rev. Dr. James Davis will officiate. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Contributions: In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Peters Lutheran Church, 10301 Coastal Hwy., Ocean City, MD 21842. Arrangements are being handled by the Burbage Funeral Home in Berlin.
