Jean Lamaestra Obituary

Jean A. Lamaestra (née Lore), 96, of Great Falls, VA passed away on August 27 at the home of her daughter. Jean was the wife of Pasquale Lamaestra, who predeceased her after 66 years of marriage. Born in Plymouth, PA on December 6, 1926, Jean was the daughter of John and Anna (Logue) Lore. She is the last survivor of 9 siblings. Jean lived the majority of her life in Bound Brook, NJ, where she lovingly raised her four children. She is survived by her son Jack Lamaestra of Hampton, NJ, his wife Danielle and grandson Joshua; daughter Patricia Marzi of Kutztown, PA, her husband Gilles and grandson Patrick; daughter Rosanne Kennedy of Great Falls, VA and her husband Skip; and daughter Regina Hazlinger of Corona, CA, her husband John and granddaughter Genevieve. Viewing will take place on September 2 from 9:00-10:30 a.m. at Hagen-Chamberlain Funeral Home in Bound Brook, NJ. Graveside services will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Bound Brook Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Our Lady Help of Christians Roman Catholic Church, 444 N. Jasper Street, Allentown, PA. Arrangements have been entrusted to the O'Donnell Funeral Home, Allentown.

Certainly do not expect you to remember. My mom Eleanor was seated at the same dining room table as your dad. I remember that you traveled far to visit.
