Jeannette McKittrick Obituary

Jeannette "Jan" McKittrick of Catasauqua died Sunday, September 10 in Thousand Oaks, CA. She was 96. Born and raised in Allentown, she was the wife of the late Col Richard G. McKittrick. Jan was a graduate of the Allentown Business School. She later held a number of leadership roles in the U.S. Air Force community, where she served as the president of the Officers' Wives Club of Tokyo, Japan and Wiesbaden, Germany. When she and her husband retired to Catasauqua, she became an active member of the Women's Club of Allentown, where she served as president. She was also a member of the Presbyterian Church of Catasauqua, serving as a Deacon and was a long-time member of the Lehigh Country Club. She is survived by her son Andrew, daughter-in-law Deborah of Thousand Oaks, CA, daughter Ann, son-in-law Richard of Bethlehem, PA and one granddaughter. Services: None.

Sosad to read of jans passing......I was her hairdresser for many years, and had enjoyed talking to her and also her sister that passed on years ago, joyce..both were such great ladies........may they be together in GODS loving hands......Jackie BACHMAN DELONG.....
