John K. Connors

John K. Connors, 58, of Easton, passed away on July 7, 2018. He was the son of the late Ann (Seydel) and Leo G. Connors. He was the loving husband of Heidi M. (Damhosl) Connors. John graduated from Bethlehem Catholic High School and went on to receive his bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Richmond. He proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army. After 31 years, John retired from Bank of America and most recently worked for ATR International. He enjoyed fishing, sailing, reading and volunteering at Musikfest. He was a member of Project Management Institute of the Lehigh Valley and was also a Six Sigma Green Belt. As we think of John, we think of mirth in his eyes and smile on his face, his gift for erasing tension with a well-placed joke and the richness of a life lived fully. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Heidi M. Connors; daughters, Paige Connors, Rachael Connors and Alexa Connors; brothers, Kevin Connors, Chris Connors, Carl Connors and Matthew Connors; sisters, Deirdre Smist, Maura Hill, Miriam Gormley and Stacey Connors; step children, Rachel Lawson and James Lawson and grandson, Charles MacDonald. John was preceded in death by his brother, Leo G. Connors, Jr. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 from 6-8 P.M. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018. A viewing will also be held on Thursday, July 12, 2018 from 9-10 A.M. at Holy Ghost Church, 417 Carlton Ave. Bethlehem, PA 18015 with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10 A.M.
