Uncle Joe,
God looked around his garden and found an empty place. He then looked down upon the earth and saw your tired face. He put his arms around you and lifted you to rest. God's garden must be beautiful. He always takes the best. He knew that you were suffering. He knew you were in pain. It broke our hearts to lose you, but you didn't go alone, for part of us went with you, the day God called you home. God Bless your heart Uncle Joe. Until we all see you again. RIP Dear Uncle Joe.

So glad I got the chance to see you one last time. I still remember when we lived on Lincoln Street and you used to come over for dinner one a week! Wish I got the chance to talk to you more about cop stuff. I knew you were an officer in Bethlehem, but I did not realize that you were for twenty some years! That is definitely something I lookup to. Tell Nanny I said Hello!
Love,
Jessie

To Joe's family--- I am sorry for you loss, growing up hearing all the "Uncle Joe" stories, I know how much he meant to all of you, how much of himself he gave to this country, the police department and most importantly to all of you.

Dear Uncle Joe
I am so happy I got to see you one last time. Although I will never know if you knew I was there it just felt right to be there. And along with the sadness of losing you, I am also very excited to know that there is no doubt my mother has been patiently waiting for her big brother to arrive. Please tell her how much I love her and miss her. And I certainly hope you two don't take the casinos broke up there. It was an honor to be your niece and will never forget the cop stories I loved to hear. Till we meet again!!!!!
Love
Carla

To my Dear Beloved Uncle Joe

You walked the halls with me when I was a baby and again with my children.
I don't remember a single day without you in my life. You have been my uncle, my mentor and one of my "best friends". I will never forget all the wonderful things you've done for me and my children. There will be that empty space at the holiday table but never an emptiness in my heart. You will remain with me forever. This will be one of the last duties that I have performed for you - and everything I ever done was always with "LOVE AND DEVOTION" for all you have done for me in my lifetime. I will always keep you in my heart and prayers and will always always love you. One day we will meet again and I'll be able to thank you in person!!!!!

Love always
