My Patty & I are heartsick for you, all the family of Justin. My son Jerry was stationed with Shellhammer in Altus OK. in the Airforce & was part of their inner circle of awesome brothers & sister's. We visited 3 different times over those years and polite, respectful & soft spoken is to understate Justin. "Oh"-always one of our favorites. Your family is & will be in our prayers. It has taken me days to find words to write...and yet I cannot. My heart is so sad for everyone. Justin was such a kind hearted, loving, wonderful person and I was honored to know him.

Justin has become a trusted friend to me the past 8 or 9 years I have been with him in the guard. We had some fun times in Florida and some "not so fun" times during our deployment. I did have to get used to him at first because I have never met anyone so polite and even though he was 3 years younger than me he was five years more mature than. He would do anything I asked with a smile and a sense of humor and I hope that he and his family understand I would do anything I could for them. He is already missed and my thoughts and prayers go out to him and his family. Stay strong and stick together.

I didn't know Justin as well as I wish I had. He is my cousin and I remember a sweet little boy. I remember him smiling every time I saw him and the joy and enthusiasm with which he responded to my mother's birthday invitation. My sympathies are with you Tricia and your boys. Also with Jesse, Stephanie, Allen and Lorraine, and Lois. May God carry you through your time of grief and grant you peace.

I want to pass my thoughts and prayers along to the family of Justin. I remember meeting Justin his first days in our civil engineer squadron. Enthusiastic, full of energy, kind and ready to take on the world and do whatever it took to get the job done at the age of 22. I was fortunate to have made his aquaintance and watch him develop those first years of his military career. His military family will never forget and will always be there if need arises. Rest in peace Justin...you were good!! To the HORSE...

What a tragic end to a young persons life. I worked with him and he will be missed. Justin was like a brother to me. So many memories made and experiences shared! I'll never forget all the laughs we've had together. Our trip in Missouri for Jake's birth will always be one of my favorite times!!!! He was just such a wonderful guy who will never be forgotten! My heart just aches.
