I just wanted to offer my condolences for the family. While I did not personally know Mrs. Schwarta, my dad, John Richter, considered himself a great friend to Justine and her husband Stevie. I know if he were still here he would have been greatly saddened by her passing.

I am so sorry for your loss. Mrs. Schwartz was a wonderful woman. I always enjoyed seeing her and her infectious smile growing up. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

We are so very sorry to learn of Justine's passing. She was a great lady and we couldn't have asked for a better neighbor.
Reflecting on being neighbors, it was amazing at her age, how she use to tend to her garden until a few years ago, and that was just one of her pride and joys. Yet another one of her pride and joys were her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Every time a new baby was expected, she'd have such pleasure of sharing that news with us, with a smile. And when the babies would make their debut, she'd share that news also, with even a BIGGER smile.
When Justine would come outside, and my dogs were on the porch, naturally, they'd bark...and then I'd hear her say, "I hear you, yep, I hear you girls....Ok Ok!"
Once in a while, if our car wasn't moved for a few days, or she didn't see Dave around, our phone would ring and it was Justine...."I'm just calling to see if everything is ok."
Ahhh yes! What fond memories we'll have of a great lady. Rest In Peace, Justine. We will miss you & never forget you!
