Kay Mac Millan Obituary

Mac Millan, Kay Kay Mac Millan, 78, of Bethlehem and formerly of Georgia, died on Wednesday, January 7, 2015. She was born September 7, 1936 in Atlanta, GA; daughter of the late Frank James and Evelyn (Wilkes) Mac Millan. After graduating high school and completing business school, Kay worked as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager for Sun Life and eventually retired from Compressed Air Products in Peachtree City, GA. She enjoyed ceramics, reading English mysteries, and dancing. She will be forever remembered for her sun-loving spirit, her charisma, charm and love for both people and her Shih Tzus. Kay had a special place in her heart for her son-in-law, John. He made the last years of her life special by keeping her joyful and happy. Survivors: She will be dearly missed by her daughter, Lynne Berkstresser, wife of John A. Berkstresser of Bethlehem; her son, Lee Herren of Canton, GA; her sister, Anne M. Ingram, wife of Edward R. Ingram of Peachtree City, GA, sister-in-law, Betty Wood of Suwanee, GA and her nieces and nephews. Services: Services will be held in Georgia at a later date. Contributions: In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lone Star Shih Tzu and Lhasa Apso Rescue of Texas, PO Box 7728 Houston, TX 77270.
