I was shocked to learn of Kevin's untimely passing. Kevin had an enquiring, inquisitive mind, as I found out when Mike introduced me to him a lifetime ago in Bethlehem (1983) and on a subsequent visit to Belfast. I remember him for his infectious smile and willing engagement. My thoughts are with Terri and I wish to extend to her and family my condolences. Every time I pass what was Belfast's peaceline, I think of Kevin and his pithy and accurate pronouncements about our community divisions and differences. Rest in Peace, kevin.

Terri: It's been a few years since I've seen Kevin. But we always seemed to pick up right where we left off. I got to know him when we worked together at Capital BlueCross which now seems like an eternity ago. He never seemed to be sad, but always was upbeat and had a smile on his face. My condolences to you and your family.

Dear Terri, Jake, TJ and family, I am very saddened to read of Kevin's passing. Please accept my heartfelt symphathy. Kevin was my boss at the County of Lehigh. He was very kind and patient with me as his new secretary. I remember the first time that you called for him and I wrote him a message to call Terry back as soon as he returned to the office. He was very gracious to tell me that Terry is spelled with an "I". So the next time I had to leave a message from you, I wrote "Terri, with an "I" called and please return her call. He got a big chuckle out of that. He was missed by myself and so many others at the County when he left to continue his career elsewhere. I got to see Kevin again when the County hired Highmark to do their insurance. It was so nice to be able to work with him once again. We are never prepared for the loss of our loved ones, but know that our Lord and Saviour is always prepared to grant you His peace and comfort today and in the days ahead. You will truly be in my heart and prayers. I consider myself blessed to have known Kevin and his kindness, laugh, and love of his family will always remain dear to my heart.

Terri and family,
I am so sorry to hear of Kevin's passing. I was a colleague of his at Highmark and he was one of the nicest people I had the pleasure of knowing. He always had a smile and a kind word of advice for the younger me back then in the early 2000's. Our team at Highmark was like a little family and Kevin was always such a fun and positive person to be around. He will be greatly missed by so many. My prayers are with you at this time.

Danny John & Mary. and families. My heart goes out to all of you during this time of sorrow. Kevin and I always liked when we ran into eachother somewhere. I cherish the times when His brother John and I would go to baseball games to watch His boys play or wrestle. Kevin is with the Lord now and is watching over the family until the day the Lord promised He will reunite you all again in His Kingdom for the rest of eternity. Mother and father and all the ones that went before you. Your all in our thoughts and prayers and we ask the Lord to blanket you all with a special blessing during this sad time to ease your hearts. I've known you all for many years and my love for the Keefe family is beyond words.God Bless you all again with peace and comfort.

Kevin was a very close friend of mine and I admired many things about him including his integrity, genuineness and kindness. Kevin embraced and loved life and unselfishly gave of himself to many. His greatest love was for his family and I extend my deepest sympathy and love to Terri, Jake, T.J. and all his family. I am blessed that Kevin was my dear friend and I will miss him with all my heart.
