Kevin sold my house in salisbury twp for me. One open house brought 3 offers! He also helped my friend Janet sell her Macungie place. He was above and beyond business. He helped and he cared.

Our condolences to the McFadden Family. Kevin listed and sold our house in 2017. He was always positive and full of life. Our hearts go out to his loved ones.

Our sincere sympathy to the McFadden family on Kevin's passing. We got to know Kevin when he purchased the property next to ours in Coplay. While renovating the property, we became good friends, Kevin was always willing to help out, or lend a tool if you needed to get things done. He started his realty career while he was here, and you could see how much he enjoyed helping people to meet their housing needs. Kevin also volunteered on projects along the Ironton Rail Trail, and Coplay Community Days, even after he sold the property. He will be missed dearly!

Having left the Valley almost 25 years ago, I still clearly remember Kevin as such a happy-go-lucky character always having a big smile on his face. One funny thing that I remember is that no matter what party I was at, or wherever it was, Kevin was always there, lol. He was a proper good guy. RIP my friend, you'll truly be missed.

Kevin was one of the most jovial people I have had the pleasure of knowing. Always sharing a funny story and that contagious laugh. But even better than that was the fact that he was such a loyal person; the definition of a true friend. For that I will always be thankful for. Rest easy Kev.
