Mrs. Yohn and I shared the same birthday. I enjoyed all of my visits with her as a caregiver, and a friend. We spent a lot of time talking about her son, David, who was very ill during my time with LaRue. Her cat, Suzie, never quite trusted me enough to touch her, but she was always around for a snack! She was always very determined and never really wanted anybody to things for her. She could do it herself, she would always proclaim. However, she got very used to being spoiled by her caregivers and finally gave up complaining about "doing it herself!" I will miss her always.
