Ruch, Matthew A.Matthew A. Ruch, 24, of Allentown, PA, died Tuesday, July 22, 2014, as the result of a swimming accident in Allentown, PA. Born in Allentown, PA, he was the son of Don Ruch and the late Kathleen (Boyer) Ruch of Allentown. Matthew worked as a laborer doing odd jobs for many years in the Allentown area. He was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church, Allentown, PA. He was a 2011 graduate of William Allen High School. He was a former Boy Scout achieving the rank of Star with Boy Scout Troop 240, Allentown. He enjoyed basketball, bike riding, and offering a hand to all who needed. He was an avid Eagles fan and his favorite color was red. Survivors: Surviving along with his father Don are: a brother; Joshua Ruch of Allentown, PA; Paternal Grandparents; Donald & Shirley Ruch, of Northampton, PA; Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and friends. Services: Future memorial services will be announced. Contributions: May be offered in his memory to the Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Ave., Northampton, PA. 18067.
