Michael Sullivan Obituary
Michael P. Sullivan, Jr., 38, of Bethlehem, passed away Thursday, January 13, 2011 at his residence. Born on November 29, 1972, in Johnstown, PA, he was the loving son of Michael P. Sullivan, Sr. of Palmer Twp., PA. He and his wife, the former Tiffany A. Hinkel, observed their 11th wedding anniversary last September. Mike worked for the Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs, Allentown. Prior to that, he was a driver for Banko Beverage, Allentown. He was a 1991 graduate of Northampton High School. Michael was a member of the Tri-Boro Sportsmans Club, in Northampton and he was an avid fisherman. Survivors: In addition to his beloved wife, Tiffany; and his father, Michael Sr., he is survived by his loving son, Nick P. Sullivan, at home; brother, Sean P. Sullivan and his fiancee, Kirstin Fahler, of Coopersburg; sister, Luanne Stoneback and her husband, Wade, of Bethlehem Twp.; grandmother, Ruth E. Snyder, of Bethlehem; stepmother, Billyie (McClary) Sullivan, of Palmer Twp.; and his 2nd family, Jeri, Chuck, and Guy Hinkel. Services: A memorial service will be held at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, January 19, 2011 in the Bartholomew Funeral Home 243 S. Walnut St. Bath, PA. Call, Wednesday, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. in the funeral home. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. Contributions: In lieu of flowers, the family strongly suggests memorial contributions be made payable to the Nick P. Sullivan Trust Fund in c/o the funeral home, 18014.

My cousins husband was there also at the viewing before I got there(Joe V)he is friends with Michaels godfather. Sorry to see you both and Sean at this time. You know how loved Mike was by how many nicknames he was given. I remember we used to affectionately call him "Beav" in elementary school because he looked like Leave It To Beaver.

I was shocked and saddened by the news that Mike had passed. I knew Mike as “Neighbor Mike” he was a good guy. I found him to be one of the most gentle and kind people I have ever met. I will miss our many conversations. I was lucky enough to have known him. There is no doubt in my mind that Mike will be watching over his family from above. My heart, as well as my family’s goes out to Mike’s wife Tiffany and son Nick, may they find peace in their lives and always remember the times they had with Mike while he was here on earth with us.

It's difficult to comprehend and I'm still in disbelief. Michael, we had so many great times together and so many memories. I'll always remember the Tea House, horseshoes and our volleyball games. You're now at peace and watching over us all.
