Patrick Spiker Obituary
Patrick D. Spiker, 46, of Clearwater, Florida, formerly of the Lehigh Valley, died Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at Mease Countryside Hospital, in Clearwater. Born in Boston, Massachusetts on July 22, 1963, Patrick was the son of Ellwyn D. and Mary Irene (Kinnerney) Spiker of Allentown. He was employed as a manager of an auto repair shop in Clearwater. Patrick was a graduate of the Welder Training and Testing Institute (WTTI) in Allentown. He was of the Catholic faith. Survivors: In addition to his parents; companion, Kristie Brown with whom he resided; daughter, Faith E. Spiker and her companion George J. Groller, Jr. of Palmerton; sons, Mark S. Spiker of Allentown and Paul J. Spiker of Topton; brother, Terence A. Spiker of Beltzville; sister, Ann B. Weaver of Hummelstown; granddaughter, Eniessa E.Groller; predeceased by a brother, Mark S. Spiker. Service: A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, March 25, 2010 at St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church, 1879 Applewood Drive, Orefield with the Rev. Msgr. Robert J. Wargo, Celebrant. No calling hours. The Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., in Schnecksville is in charge of arrangements. Contributions: In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph the Worker Memorial Fund c/o the funeral home, P.O. Box # 196, Schnecksville, PA 18078-0196.

Mr & Mrs Spiker and Family,
I am so sorry for your loss, my heart goes out to all of you. Patrick is at peace now and he is with Mark. He will be missed. Over the years I had oftened thought of him.
Patrick to you I say, "Goodbye to you my trusted friend, we've known each other since we were nine or ten Together we climbed hills and trees learned of love and ABC's, skinned our hearts and skinned our knees.....Its your "Season in the Sun". Along time ago it was your/our favorite song.
