Dr. Neumann was my family doctor for many years. I remember a plaque he had on his desk ... I will be busy today, Lord, and may forget Thee but do not Thou forget me.

To Rick,
I am so very sorry to learn of your father's passing. He was a wonderful man and I have fond memories of our families spending summers together on Lake Shore Drive in Belgrade Lakes, Maine. My brother actually worked on building your family home there. Many a night at my mother's home at the end of the road with our parents and other folks playing Tripoli until the wee hours of morning. Afternoons spent water skiing/ swimming/ frolicking on Long Pond in the warmth of the Maine sun. Boat rides down to dock in the village for dinner at the Village Inn under the glow of the moon and stars. Lots of really fun times and laughter. Having lost both of my own parents within nine months in 2012, I know well the sadness you must feel over the loss of your father. Being the close knit family you are, I am sure you are leaning on one another as it should be. All the many wonderful memories shared by others here certainly are testament to what a caring, kind human being your father was and what an asset he was to his profession and community. A life well lived for sure.
My heart goes out to you, as well as your siblings, Peter, John and Liza. Allow happy moments shared to sustain you through this difficult time. Reach for him often, he will always be there. I am here if you ever need me. My deepest condolences to all of you. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

So sorry to hear of your father's passing. Dr. Neumann was my doctor back in 1967. He helped me achieve my 5 year doctoring for a pregnancy. I also knew Judy through my niece Jen who works at Allure Salon where Judy was a Client. Sad when you lose a parent.

To the Entire Neumann Family,
My sympathy to all of you on the passing of your Dad, Grandfather and Husband. He was our family doctor for many years and on an office visit he would always take time to talk about our love of Maine and, also, times our family spent together up at the Mount Allen Hunting & Fishing Assoc. in the Poconos. I will always remember his gentle voice, great smile and his love for corduroys. Thoughts and prayers are with you.
Sincerely,
Janet Traub Wetzel (daughter of Herman & Ethelmae Traub)

Peter tended, with ultimate compassion, 4 generations of our family. We will always and forever say, " Wish Dr. Newmann were here, he would know what is wrong and what to do". His medical skills and instincts were unprecidented. We grew up and grew old together. He was both empathetic and good natured at the same time. There will never be another like him.Thsnk you from.our family to yours, Gretel and Charles Ruppert and family

Thoughts and prayers to the family. This wonderful man was my Dr since I was 18 years old till the day he retired. I still consider him my Dr. Long gone are the days when he was on N. 8th street and took care of my entire family, Mom, Dad, Grandmother, Aunts and Uncles. Why when my Dad had a stroke he made house calls! When I ran into him outside of his office he always greeted me like an old friend. On my office appointments I often asked Dr. McGorry how he was. I've missed him since his last day at the office. RIP.
P.S. This past Saturday I was out on Hamilton Blvd and pulled over to take a picture of the sign that still bears his name not knowing that he had passed.

Dr. Neumann hired me without any previous medical experience. He patiently let me work along side of him while I was learning to be a medical assistant. He & Judy actually let me dog sit one of their beloved dogs, Tiffany for a weekend. Thankful she was still a pup as I had some trouble getting this big dog in my little Mustang. While my co workers called me "Wheezie", he gave me my own nickname of "Sckweege". May God give you all peace and comfort during these days and weeks ahead. Dr. Neumann has left a pretty big hole in many people's lives.
