My deepest condolences to the Rhoads family and friends. I know Garrett, and I believe I met Philip at least once, during those RISK tournaments we both attended years ago. May Philip rest in peace.

Phillip you were well liked. Your kindness to me will always be remembered.
I really enjoyed your company & conversation at the annual RISK Championship gatherings. The times we got together to make arrangements for various things to do were great times. I remember traveling to your print shop many many moons ago (1991) Your friends & Family will certainly miss you, but knowing that El Shaddai made true on his promise to bring you home gives me peace. Get that game ready because someday I know I'll see you again my friend! Jesus called you home Phillip, I know you are at rest now. Your Pal, Steven P.
