"> Randy (Peischl) Lee
Randy (Peischl) Lee went to the hands of his Lord on Jan. 29, 2005. He was the husband of Alice (Hughes) Lee and the son of Betty (Litzenberger) Peischl of Allentown and the late Raymond Peischl. Randy was born March 1, 1950, in Allentown. He was graduated from William Allen High School in 1967 and later attended United Wesleyan College. He worked for Bethlehem Steel Corp. until 1982, when he resigned to devote himself fulltime to writing. He authored over 500 songs, poems, essays and childrens stories. After a 10-month battle with multiple myeloma, he passed away peacefully last Saturday in his home in Philadelphia. He is survived by his wife, mother, and a large extended family. Randy was a man of strong faith, whose sincerity and generosity will always be remembered by those whose lives he touched. Services: a memorial service will be held on Monday, Feb. 7, 2005, at 11 a.m. in Dubbs United Church of Christ, 5th and Allen Streets, Allentown.

I know Randy from high school. We graduated the same year and we had a few classes together. Randy always had a smile on his face and he never seemed to get angry or mad. I haven't seen Randy for over 20 years but he still looked the same. I want to extend my deepest sympathy to his family. Randy will be missed.

Randy and I went to allen high school together, were the best of friends, he led me to Jesus and never knew that I accepted Jesus as my Savior: many years later. I know that he is with the Lord and we will meet again.
