Dianne, Todd, Mark and Michelle,
Our deepest sympathy for the loss of your husband and father. Jack was special to us and we will not only miss him, but cherish the fond memories we have shared over the years.
Jack was a great brother and Walt enjoyed his role as the brother in law.
We are so sad but are grateful that he is now free from pain.
