Richard Keding Obituary
Born in Germany, he was the son of the late Edward and Martha (Welke) Keding.
He was employed as a foreman and wood finisher for Buehler Furniture (now AAI) for over 45 years until he retired.
He enjoyed fishing, gardening and soccer. Richard played soccer for the Harugari Kickers for many years. He was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Allentown.
He is survived by his beloved son, Michael (spouse Faithannn) with whom he resided, sister, Waltraut Miltenberger of Allentown and brother, Arthur (spouse Susan) of Bethlehem.
He was predeceased by brothers, Waldemar, Siegmund, Adolf and sisters, Elfriede and Johanna.
Henninger Funeral Home, Inc., Reading is in charge of arrangements.

My deepest sympathy,
Mike, on the loss of your dear Dad and my beloved brother. Richard was such a good brother to all of us siblings. He loved sharing stories, sports and soccer. Every summer he would come loaded with his garden goodies, which were always bigger and better than mine! He was always there for any of us who needed help with anything. You were his pride and joy. He couldn´t help smiling when he talked about you. Loving thoughts and prayers go out to you.

Mike, we are so very sorry for the loss of your Dad. He was a kind and caring person and loved you so very much. Although, my uncle, because of our ages, we grew up more like siblings. We would go to all the Dieruff home basketball games. He loved the sport of soccer and was an excellent player on the Harugari Kickers soccer team. My friends and I would go to watch him play at Jordan Park and many other parks He was a fantastic brother to my mom, helping my dad daily with my ill mother´s needs. Each day he´d be there to see how he was needed and he seldom showed up without veggies from his garden or fish from his last fishing trip. He will be missed so very much. Always remember the good times and keep them close to your heart. RIP Richard! We will see you again!!
