Rosita Silva Obituary
Rosita Silva, 91, of Allentown, died February 23, 2005, in Liberty Nursing Home, Allentown. Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, she was a daughter of the late Jose A. and Dolores (Tolosa) Silva. She was a member of Cathedral of St. Catharine of Siena, Allentown. Survivors: Sisters, Connie Heere of Allentown, Josephine Oppenheimer of South Whitehall Township; great-nephew, Ronald Miniatis, great-great-niece, Annalea, and great-great-nephew, Alek Paul Sevastian Miniatis, all of Atlanta, Ga. Services: Mass of Christian Burial, 9:45 a.m. Monday, February 28, in the cathedral, 18th and Turner streets, Allentown. Call 6-8 p.m. Sunday, Robert C. Weir Funeral Home, 1802 W. Turner St., Allentown.
