Lynda and Shirley,
Words can't express my shock and sadness I felt when I read of Scott's passing.
We were classmates and cousins, it's been 48 years since I've seen him, but I have lots of memories of when we were little and in junior and high school with each other. We were born 7 days apart from each other and often teased each other about it.
May he rest in peace, and go fishing everyday in heaven.

Scott was One Of a Kind. I worked side by side with "Scoot" for those 25 years in the postal service. Though he was a man of few words, when he did comment he never failed to crack me up! He had a great mind for humor and everyone liked Scott. He was very dependable, hardworking guy. I know he had a great love for fishing but those who knew him best knew he loved his birds, his dogs, but most of all, Lynda. She was his rock. He always told us how he had to get the pool ready for Lynda each summer. He, also, knew how much Lynda loved him. When we would teasingly ask him what he was getting her for gift giving occasions, he would just smile and say "I don't know, she says she just wants me." I'm so grateful that I had that last, long, fun phone call from Scott and Lynda last winter. Stay strong, Lynda. I hope you feel the warm love being sent your way. Carolyn B.

My deepest condolences to Lynda, Shirley, and all of Scotts many friends. May Scott rest in peace in the arms of the angels.
Scott was a great friend with a great sense of humor. he will be missed.
Although we had made attempts to get together in recent years, it didn't come to be. I'm so sorry for that. I often think fondly of the days of the J & B crowd. My thoughts and prayers go out to all. Lynn W.
