Grandpa,
You will be missed by all who knew you. Everyone on here has stated what an amazing and wonderful person you are. There isn't anyone who can say otherwise. You sacrificed for your family, friends, and country. Dad has told me of the hours you worked and the fact that you always did what you had to so you could provide for the family. All I can say is that if I can live my life to be half the man you are I will be doing very well. You are my hero for everything you've provided to everyone in your life. I am happy in the knowledge that you are now with your friends and Helen and no longer suffering. I will miss you and the fact that you always made me laugh. Thank you for giving me 35 years of laughs, memories, and happiness. I will always be grateful that Jayden was able to have his Great-Grandpa in his life.

My father, Serapio and Leo were the best of friends their whole lifetime since their childhood. They always kept in touch with one another until my father passed away in 2009 at the age of 94. From then on, Leo kept in touch with me and I with him and he made me feel like my Papa was still here. I will miss you Leo Forever! May you Rest In Peace. I know that Leo is in a better place and not suffering and he and my Papa are together in Heaven reminiscing many old times. Sending my most deepest sympathy to the Garcia Family. Most Sincerely, The Perez Family

My deepest condolences to the Garcia family. Leo was definitely a very likeable and respectfable man. Men of his character and integrity are hard to find these days. i grew up on Drake street and have known him all of my life. I will definitely miss his smile and his yearly Christmas cards. He will truly be missed on Drake Street. Leticia Castro

My dearest cousins, Aunt Rosie, and extended family. My family extends our deepest condolences.
Uncle Leo was a wonderful father and raised wonderful children. He was also a great uncle and always with a big smile and would always extend a powerful handshake to my husband David as well as my sons David Jr, and Frank.
He will truly be missed and I will always remember the times we gathered at his home for family gatherings.
Rest in Peace Uncle Leo we Love you
