Survivors: In addition to his wife, Ann; children Thomas A. Mulqueen, Jr. and his wife, Cheryl of Downingtown, Patrice A. Mulqueen and her husband, Dan Lauer of Stroudsburg, Michael J. Mulqueen and his partner, Pedro Blanco of Oakland Park, FL; step children, Stuart H. Guinther and his wife, Kim of Kutztown, Alice E. "Lisa" Guinther of Boulder, CO; twin brother, John H. Mulqueen and his wife, Dorothea of Bowie, MD; seven grandchildren; six step grandchildren; three step great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; predeceased by siblings, James T. Mulqueen, Jr., Marianne France and Babs Williams.
Services: A memorial service will be held 11:00 am. Thursday, October 10, 2019 in the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc. 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville. Family and friends may pay their respects from 9:30 – 11:00 am. Thursday in the funeral home. Online expressions of sympathy may be recorded at www.heintzelmancares.com.
Contributions: In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Red Cross c/o the funeral home, P.O. Box # 196, Schnecksville, PA 18078-0196.

Dear Mrs. Mulqueen and family,
My name will probably mean nothing to you, but you may remember me when I say that I worked in the coffee department at Wegmans for many years.
I was so sorry to see your husbands (fathers) obituary in the paper, because he was always one of my favorite customers. He always had a smile for me, no matter how many health problems he was having.
I remember all the days hed come in to report to me if hed won or lost money at pinochle. . And then there was the pre-election day that he came in wearing his MAGA hat. Being no Trump fan, I gave him some grief. From that day on, hed turn the hat around and wear it backwards whenever he saw me. ☺
I cant think of him without smiling. He will be missed by so many people, and I count myself as one of those people.

Tom was a very good friend who I met for the first time while having breakfast at the Trivet Restaurant on Tilghman St. This meeting turned into a close friendship and regular breakfast meetings in the same location. We shared a love of sports, bad jokes, and the Philadelphia Eagles, Penn State football and just having a good time. Tom, you will be missed!! Prayers for you....

Tom was a fellow Realtor and friend for over forty years. He was very knowledgeable, kind, helpful and very funny. I served with him on many Committees and Boards over the years and he was always insightful and offered solid advice.
Tom was not only a Past President of the local Realtors, but a developer and active in his community.In later years I enjoyed seeing him at the Mercantile CLub. Also, Tom was a Veteran and served his country in the U S Army.
Tom will be missed. My condolences to his wife Ann and his children and family. He was a Wonderful man. May God BLess him as he Rests In Peace. Doug and Georgie Patt

Tom was our neighbor for 20 years and a great friend. He treated our kids and family with much kindness. We could always count on him to help us out when we needed a hand. His wit and comical conversations were always enjoyed. We will miss his visits via lawn tractor to catch up on neighborhood events. He was the "mayor" of Orchard View Estates and he watched over us from his back deck. It will be a comfort to know that he will still be watching over us from an even higher vantage point.

So sorry to read about Tom's passing. A good man, gone too soon. I enjoyed real estate transactions with Tom thru the years. I hired Tom as a house inspector often. He knew how important a good and fair inspection was to all parties.

Tommy, you and your twin brother John, were huge influences on my growing up in the College Hieghts neighborhood in Allentown. I remember learning how to catch a baseball with my gloved hand under your tutelage . The pickup football games in the backyard. The carbide cannon. Many sweet memories come flooding back as I read of your passing. You were 4 years older than me and unfortunately we lost touch. Rest in Peace Tommy.

Tom was a wonderful friend for many years. He was personable, very humorous, and the life of a party!! I knew Tom well since we were both Realtors and served with him on many real estate boards and committees. He was well respected in his profession and a pleasure to be around. Memories. We cherish so many wonderful memories of Tom - cruises, dinner parties, trips ,adventures, and for my husband - decades of memorable fishing trips.
Tom was a people person and could always light up a room with his jokes. He was indeed one of a kind.
A true friend, he visited the sick and was always ready to lend a helping hand.. He handled with dignity the frailties and problems of his latter years.
Tom was loved and will be sorely missed by those who knew him... Our heart felt condolence to the MulQueen family .
