Vera Beil Obituary
Vera Beil, 87, formerly of Riegel St., Hellertown, died Saturday, September 1, 2012 at Gracedale, Upper Nazareth Twp. She is the wife of the late James W. Beil (died Jan 3, 2006). Born in Portadown, Co. Armagh, Northern Ireland on May 29, 1925 to the late Robert James and Eveline (Walker) Clarke. She loved to knit, listening to the bagpipes, church and bible study, going out to eat and being with the family. Survivors: Daughters, Sharon E. wife of Daniel R. Rossi of Bethlehem, Diane V. wife of Richard Galle of Hellertown, Tara L. wife of David Miller of Fountain Hill, Holly L. wife of Fred Bieber of Palmyra; brother, Robert James and his wife Phyllis of Somers, CT; sisters-in-law: Dorothy and Howard Ganssle of Seidersville; eight grandchildren; four nieces and three nephews. Predeceased by a son, Paul and a brother, George. Services: Private at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours. Sharon, Diane, Tara & Holly,
I was sorry to read of your Mom's passing. She was one of my Mom's best friends, and I was very fond of her. I have warm memories of her sitting in our kitchen laughing and joking with my Mom, with her beautiful accent. I know she and the other ladies prayed for all of us kids continually, and I'll always be thankful for that. I know those prayers made a difference in my life.
