Walter Franklin Stuart Jerdan, beloved husband and father, Walter Jerdan went to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 16, 2012. He was 70 years old and died in his home. A native of Philadelphia, Walter lived in Lehighton for 24 years. In his life, he was a magician, harmonica player, and a decent chess player. He loved reading, mind teasers, puzzles, and enjoyed changing his voice while answering the phone. Survivors: He is survived by his wife, Sandra Jerdan, 70; his mother, Irene Jerdan, 89; and his sister, Nancy Piasecki, 69, of Levittown, PA. He is also survived by his five adult children, Heather Yano, Jennifer Boudedaben, Scott Fonda, Dorothy Jerdan, andJoshua Jerdan; 12 grandchildren, Josiah, Rachel, Kalthoom, Aisha, Hafsa, Fatimah, Hamza, Tyler, Lauren, Jacob, Tanner, Isaac.
