Walter J. Kozlowski, 84, of Bethlehem, died Tuesday, March 28, 2006, in his home. Born March 21, 1922, he was the son of the late Thomas and Katherine (Swatko) Kozlowski. He was the loving husband of the late Irene (Majczan) Kozlowski, who died in October of 1995. They were married for 47 years. Walter was a member of Ss. Simon and Jude Catholic Church of Bethlehem. He served his country honorably in the Marine Corps during World War II. He worked for Bethlehem Steel Corp. as a machinist in the No. 2 machine shop for 43 years. He was a great loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, who always made time for his family. He will be lovingly remembered by his two sons, Tom and Robert, both of Bethlehem, four grandchildren, Karl, Robert, Sarah and Jennifer, and a great-grandson, Ethan. Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Ss. Simon and Jude Catholic Church, 73 W. Broad St., Bethlehem, at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 1, 2006. The family will receive friends from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 1, 2006, in Connell Funeral Home Inc., 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem. Interment will be in Holy Saviour Cemetery in Bethlehem.
