Ned, Melissa, Peter, Amira,
I am so sorry to read of the passing of Dr. and Mrs. Margie. They were a wonderful couple, witty, fun, and always upbeat. I loved spending time with them. I cannot thank the good Doctor enough for his wonderful support of me through my issues with my mother. He was a good friend to her and a rock for me when I needed someone to lean on. I wish you all comfort during these sad days and that time brings healing and softens the rough edges of your pain. Know that your parents were amazing examples of the greatest generation. I am honored to have known them.
with sincere sympathy,
Elizabeth Brown Smith

Through the kindness of The Davin family, my mother was able to have Dr. Margie make a house call and save my dear mom another decade, I was 16 then, and later joined the nursing staff at St. Lukes. Thanks Dr. Margie. Elizabeth A. Brown Smith

Doctor, You are now relieved from your watch. A job well done fellow navy war veteran and community servant. America thanks you for your service to our country in the defense of freedom and democracy. We all are grateful for your stepping up to the plate when your country needed you the most. You failed to make your battle stations during general quarters. The carrier has turned into the wind preparing for your final departure. Smooth sailing shipmate. " A soldier has passed away today." A Navy Vietnam Veteran.
