Billy and I were childhood friends and football teammates. We shared very many great times together along with the other kids in our neighborhood throughout our wonderful years of growing up. Yes - lots of great memories. We grew up two houses way from each other in the 500 block of Green Street in Allentown. To his parents Joan and Bill . . . I am so sorry for this loss of Billy at such a young age. Please accept my dearest sympathy . . . and apology for not entering this message much earlier.

Bill Otter was a friend of mine. We biked and hiked together and shared spirits together and memories. He is gone but not forgotten.. Rest in peace my friend.
