DAVID WALTERS David C. Walters, 76, of Clarington, Ohio, passed away Saturday, August 30, 2025, at Arbors at Woodsfield. He was born February 15, 1949, in New Martinsville, W.V., a son of the late Ralph C. and Virginia Allen Walters. He was a retired employee of R.E. Burger Plant Dillies, Bottom, Ohio, and a member of Clarington Methodist Church and Masonic Lodge # 597 F. & A.M., Clarington, and River 200 Club. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his in-laws, Bill and Carol Lollathin. Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Billie Ann Lollathin Walters; two sons, Matthew and Scott Walters, both of Clarington; two sisters, Kathy (John) Birkheimer of Summerfield, Fla., and Sue (Richard) Mallett of Spartanburg, S.C.; and several nieces and a nephew. No services will be held. Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to Grisell Funeral Home Clarington.
