A visitation time will be held Tuesday, August 26th, from 5-7pm, at Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg. A private burial will take place at a later date at Bel Air Memorial Gardens in Bel Air, MD

LTC Suggs was a real prince of a fellow. Focused and dedicated. As my Commander years ago, I grew to respect him as a man and as my leader. Thanks to assistance from Clint, Gene attended a gathering of old flyboys at Camp Dawson, Buckwheat Festival 19922. I will miss Gene´s gentle, soft-spoken manner. Good bye Gene.
