Dr. Robert C. "Bob" Mulliniks Jr.

Robert "Bob" C. Mulliniks, age 87, of Kennesaw, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 4, 2025. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 26th at Mayes Ward Dobbins Funeral Home, Powder Springs Chapel. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 p.m., one hour prior to the service.

Bob was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Joyce "JoJo" Mulliniks. He is survived by his daughter, Phyllis J. Mulliniks; his son, Robert C. Mulliniks, III and wife, Kim; grandchildren, Payton J. Mulliniks, Madisyn Demarie Luttrell, Grayson Mulliniks, Blake Larson, Sean Larson and great grandson, Asher Luttrell.

Known to many as "Dr. Mulliniks," Bob dedicated 47 years to practicing medicine in Cobb County, where he had the honor of delivering countless babies-a role he cherished deeply. His love for medicine and golf was equaled only by the joy he found in being affectionately known as the "Cookie Man." Hallie's Cookie Company, named in loving tribute to his mother, became a source of happiness and pride. Over the years, his cookie shops brought smiles to many and served as a sweet reflection of his generous and joyful spirit.

He and his wife traveled the world and were joined by lifelong friends on their many adventures, creating memories that will be cherished forever.

Bob will be remembered for his compassion, warmth, and the many lives he touched both in and out of the delivery room.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to St Jude Children's Hospital in honor of Dr. Robert C. Mulliniks, Jr.
