Roger Roach Obituary
Roger was a humble, kind, and funny man that always helped others. Roger started his own construction company at a young age then went back to college at Southern Tech and graduated with a degree in Engineering Business. He worked for Delta Airlines IT and Power Plan Consultants. He was one of the first Power Plan employees to help get the company off the ground where he stayed employed until he retired. Roger was considered a guardian angel on projects and loved to help.
Roger was well respected and loved by many. We will miss his presence, but he is home now, and we will see him again.
He is survived by his brother, Gary Roach and Gary's, wife Sylvia Lord; nieces and nephews Tracy Seymour, Lisa Trent, and Brian Lord; great-niece and nephew, Ashley Warren and Chase Trent.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. and visitation at 12:30 on Friday, August 11th, 2023. The funeral service will be at Georgia Memorial Park funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Riverview Memorial Park in Smyrna.
