Steve Carroll Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Steve Carroll Jr., age 60, who left us on January 19, 2025. Born on August 3, 1964, in Atlanta, GA, Steve lived most of his life in Powder Springs, GA. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during visitation at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory on Saturday, January 25, 2025, from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM. Steve graduated from McEachern High School in 1982, then served in the United States Navy for 5 years. He worked in Inventory Control with Staples, where he was a valued and faithful employee for nearly two decades. Steve enjoyed his time working with computers. He attended Macland Baptist Church. Steve is survived by his beloved mother, Vera Carroll, Powder Springs, GA; brother, Scott (Kelly) Carroll, Carrollton, GA; nieces and nephews, Nathan (Jerica) Carroll, Marietta, GA, Shelby Carroll, Florida, Jacob Carroll, Carrollton, GA, and Hadley Carroll, Carrollton, GA. A Private Graveside Service will be held at Floyd Memory Gardens in Rome, GA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Macland Baptist Church for their music ministry.
