Danny Abril was born on April 26, 1941, to Raul and Irene Abril in Merced, California. He died February 17, 2017, in Grant's Pass, Oregon. He leaves his beloved wife, Cherrie; three children- Danny Abril, Jr., Dino Valtierra, and Irene Gardner- two step daughters, Kerry Hobbs and Kimberly Henthorn; twelve grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and numerous cousins. He also leaves three brothers- Richard Abril, Ruben Abril, and Paul Abril; also four sisters-Marty Torrey, Mickie Abril, Mary Soriano, and Betty Moore. Danny always took pride in his work, particularly in his service as a business agent for the Teamsters Union.Our brother and friend will surely be missed by all of us, rest in peace brother.A celebration of life will be held on April 29, 2017 at 3:00PM. The location is 1071 S. Highway 59 Merced, California.

My condolences to the Irene,Dino,and family,he will be missed. Danny was a funny,and tender hearted at time,but always looked at life with adventure never a dull moment. Have alot of good memory of him and the kids. May God be with the family in these sad sorrow time. He will be truly missed.
