Eleanor Morgan Obituary
1922 - 2014
Eleanor S. Morgan, a resident of Merced for 25 years, was born in Addison Township, Illinois to the late Fryer and Henrietta Marwood. Eleanor went to be with the Lord on September 1, 2014.
She is preceeded in death by her husband of 54 years, John Morgan. She is survived by her children: Sandy, Shirley, Linda, Jim, Gayle, Tom, and Janice, 20 grandchildren, 50 great grandchildren, and 30 great great grandchildren.
Eleanor was a retired waitress. She never knew a stranger and loved being "everyones" Grandma. She loved serving the lord, volunteering at LOVE INC, and playing Santa Claus.
Services will be held in Illinois. A celebration of Eleanor's life will be held on September 13, 2014, at her daughter Shirley's home, from 10 am - 1 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to LOVE INC of Greater Merced or Bristol Hospice.
