George Baca Obituary
WWII in the Army as a firefighter. In 1950 he followed his mother, and moved to LA county where he lived there for over 25years. In 1976 he then again followed his mother to Merced County where he lived for over 37years until his passing. He was in the construction/landscaping business for over 40years. He is preceded in death by his father
Jake Baca, his mother Eloidia A Baca, his sister Anastacia Purganan, his brothers Eliseo Baca, Richard Baca, Frank Baca, Manuel Ayala, and his nephew Danny Valencia. He is survived by his sister Maria Valencia, his daughters Felicia Baca, Ermalinda Martinez, his son Raymond Recarey, his grandsons Enrique Aaron Perez, Noel Anthony Perez, and Esteban Martinez, his granddaughters Nina Martinez and Bella Martinez along with many other nieces, nephews and cousins. He will be laid to rest with his mother at Calvary Cemetery. As he held my hand when I was born into this life I had the blessing of holding his hand when he was called to be with the lord. He's at peace now in the loving arms of his mother and father. Until we are reunited we will all miss you. We love you dad.
A Memorial Mass will be held on at 1:00 pm on Friday, September 6, 2013 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Merced with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery in Merced.

Felicia and Family, I am so sorry to hear about your Dad. Psalms 90:10 states: "In themselves the days of our years are seventy year; And if because of special mightiness they are eighty years." He was a mighty man he made it to his 80s and in addition he fought this terrible illness. Will see you on Friday. Much Love, Lucy
