JESSE WISDOM Obituary

April 14, 1973 - January 8, 2010

Jesse Wisdom of Atwater, passed away in Modesto, CA, on Friday January 8, 2010, at the age of 36. He was born in Antioch, CA on April 14, 1973. He was one of the "baddest" motorcycle riders in Merced County.

Jesse is survived by his wife Michelle Wisdom, his son Jesse Jr., daughters, Allison and Michaela Wisdom and his companion, Jami Mittelsteadt; his biological father Bill Floyd of Modesto; and foster parents Jerome and Debbie Breashears of Merced; Foster Sister, Kristi Breashers-Crow of Chowchilla; he is also survived by Georgia and Roger Dozier of Atwater. Jesse will be missed by many friends and family.

A Graveside service with inurnment will be held at the Winton District Cemetery, on Saturday, January 16, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. Pastor Eug Breinig will be officiating.

Contributions may be made to the Jesse Wisdom Memorial Fund, at the Merced Schools Employees Credit Union in Merced/Atwater, CA Account #30634-018.

Arrangements entrusted to The Wilson Family Funeral Chapel.

Babe i miss you so damn much! They say with time things get easier, im finding that to be un true. I find myself strugglin a little more each and every day that goes by without you. Without you, i feel only half of me.

To Jesse's family and his many friends that loved him we are truly sorry for your loss. You will be in our thoughts and prayers. I'm sorry we didn't get to know him better. There was a quiet strengh about him, a wonderful warmth in his laugh and smile, and kindness that you could see in his eyes. He will be missed by many, and by our family. I will always remember Jessie as a little boy that played with his cousin Shebria (my daughter) at their Grandma Rilla’s farm in Atwater. Riding pony’s, swimming in the canal, I know they made Grandma Rilla very happy when they were there. That was a long time ago, both grandparents (Leo & Rilla Floyd) have long passed away, and I know they have open arms in heaven for you now.

It sounds like you have a wonderful family with lots of friend and that makes my heart glad.

to michelle jr and the girls.your dad was the most caring and understanding person i know.he tought me alot of things in life.he knew how to bring you up when you were down.if you just needed to laugh he knew how to make you laugh.i know he really loves you kids just from all the time we spent talkin you know that jr.you spent lots of times with me and your dad.i will always remember the first time he took me on his bike and road a wheelie from my uncle tommy hisers house.i never experienced any thing like that i thought i was a gonner.after that inceident i was never scared to ride with him.he will always be in my heart and will be deeply missed.jr if you ever need any thing get a hold of me.and just to let you know that your baby will be a blessed kid.i was always told that once god takes a life cause there work on earth is done he replaces them with a new child that is your child.your father will live through your kid.love you guys lots.

We've been friends for a long time since Mitchell. He was one of a kind. He was such a sweet guy and we had lots of fun together even if he didn't cook good banana bread. ^_^ He always made me feel like one of the gang and truly respected me and always encouraged me to be myself.

I had been trying to track him down and get back in contact with him for the past few years. I never got a chance to see or talk to you again. I am so sorry that you are no longer with us. I remember when you were about 17 and I coached you, Michelle, Patty & Chris in Co-Ed Softball, that was one of my fondest memories, I didn't even know you knew how to play baseball I only thought you rode motorcyles. I also remember being at the Hospital each and every time one one your beautiful babies were brought into this world. I almost got to see JR born but you made it on time. I remember being at your wedding and at your kids birthday parties. I really think you were a good man and I Thank You with all my heart for watching over my daughter and her family when they were having rough times. You will be missed terribly by alot of people.
