Merced, California - Kenneth Michael Ney, favorably known as, Mike Ney, passed away at his home on November 12, 2023.
Mike was born on October 26, 1956 in San Francisco, CA. Mike loved the outdoors. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and was always ready to help a friend.
Mike is survived by his loving mother, Carol Reyes of Merced, CA, and his four children: Michael Ney, Heather Ney-Halloran, Robert Ney, all of Merced, CA; and Steven Ney of Reno, NV; and eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Kenny Ney, his brother Gary Ney, and sister Terri Liu. Mike also left behind nieces, nephews and great friends. Mike will be greatly missed.
Graveside Service for Mike will be held on Thursday, November 30, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Merced Cemetery District. Arrangements entrusted to Whitton Family Funeral Service in Merced.
