I first met Lynne as students at Merced High in the 60's and we have been friends ever since. She last visited us here in Tryon, North Carolina about 10 years ago and it was just as if no time had passed. My family including Lori, our daughter's Jenna and Melyn will miss her infectious laugh and wit. I will always think of my dear Lynne.

Lynne had the most infectious and wonder laugh. I met her at the theatre - she could get an entire crowded theatre laughing. She gave my husband & I a "our first Christmas together" ornament in 1986 - we cherish this gift and the gift that was Lynne. She was very special and will be missed.

Lynne is/was the unofficial "sister" (my definition) to Maureen Murphy, "aunt" to Marylynne and my son Joey--their girls and Eric. I'm grandma to Anistyn, McKenna and Kinsley. She is an important part of this family and is greatly missed by us. Lynne was a strong presence in the lives of Maureen, Marylynne and Eric at all the important life events; then as each of the girls were born, in theirs also. By extension, sge is and was a part of my life for the past 12-13 years. She was wise, clever, fun, loving and smart. I will miss her "hi grandma Lisa!" greeting. RIP Lynne.

My deepest sympathy on your loss. Lynn helped me through the one of the most difficult periods of my life. Although, we met in her capacity as a counselor, we established a lasting friendship. I always enjoyed running into her around Merced and catching up. May she rest in eternal peace.
