Merced, California - Mee Yang, passed peacefully on February 16th, 2022. Born in Laos on August 8, 1948 and married to Boua La Chang, they had three children; Chue, PorYee, and Bounmee Chang. Bounmee was lost at an early age and Mee's husband passed shortly after. Mee migrated to the US in 1991 and remarried Neng Ma Lee in 1998. After the passing of Neng Ma in 2006, she remained widowed and is survived by her two daughters and 15 grandchildren. Mee had a passion for sewing and gardening and loved playing card games. Funeral services will be held at Stratford Evans Funeral Home on Mar 5th, 8am to 8pm, and March 6th, 8am to 10am. Gifts/donations can be made and sent in honor of her to 1865 Conestoga Ct., Merced, CA 95348.
