November 4, 1941 - April 23, 2021
Merced, California - Paul Angelo Rubalcava was a devoted husband and father, who took great pride in loving his family. Paul was not only a loving soul but, a meticulous one, whose attention to the details in life bordered on the virtuous. He had an immense passion for fine automobiles and his yard. We shall miss his warm presence always. Paul is survived by his beloved wife Inez Jaramillo and his three loving children. Memorial Service and Rosary to be held June 23, 2021, at Sacred Heart church 519 W. 12th st. Merced, CA 95340. Services will begin at 9:30 a.m. beginning with a Rosary, followed by a mass at 10:00 a.m.

Am wondering if this is the same Paul that was in the Army at Fort MacPherson, GA? We were stationed there and I remember him mentioning Merced. Did he own a bar? I'm sorry for your loss. Even if this is not who I knew. God will care for him now...and he will always be alive in everyones heart. He isn't gone. Just not here in the same way. Blessings.

i will always remember Paul and Chava, because they were part of my youth, at the old Merced High School on G st. they were good friends, and great to be around, will miss both of them, also knew Bob Perez.
