Chowchilla , California - Sandra is survived by her children Rick Polston, Karen Fielder, Jannett David and Maureen Ward; her brothers Darrell Puckett, Dean Cole, and Larry Cole, many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Sandra was preceded in death by her husband Clifton Polston; father Clifton Puckett and her mother Marian Puckett.
A funeral service for Sandra will be held Friday, October 8, 2021 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at Chowchilla Cemetery District, 23359 Road 14 1/2, Chowchilla, CA 93610.
Immediately following, the friends and family are invited to celebrate her life at The Chowchilla Rebekha Lodge, 224 Ventura Avenue, Chowchilla, CA 93610.
