EMRICH, Alice S. -- In San Jose, CA February 7, 2003. Beloved wife of the late Raymond Emrich. Loving mother of Ruth and Bob Krandel and Lois and Bob Kay. Devoted grandmother of Douglas Kay, Karen Bumpus, Randall Kay, Lori Ghan, and Steven Krandel; and great grandmother of Julia, Eric, Sarah, Hannah, Brent, Matthew, Kevin and Kelsi. Dear sister of Dr. Howard Steiner. A native of Cleveland, OH and resident of San Jose for 47 years, age 99 years. A volunteer with Via Rehabilitation Services (Crippled Childrens Society) for 35 years, co-founder of the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center Gift Shop and a long time member of Temple Emanu-El Sisterhood and Hadassah. Friends are invited to attend Memorial Services Tuesday, Feb. 11 at 2:30 p.m. from Temple Emanu-El, 1010 University Ave., San Jose. Private inurnment in Home of Peace Cemetery.
